  1. Yes, this is still under work. MySQL Workbench has new prerequisites, which require an update of the installer.

  2. Q1. Where is the 32bit 6.3.9?
    Q2. Does the 64bit Workbench work well with the 32 bit MySQL server?

  3. Prebuilt binaries of MySQL Workbench only come as 64bit builds, on all supported platforms. Since it is open source you can of course create your own build and make that 32bit. The architecture of the server and the clients don’t need to concur. The communication happens over network hence neither the OS nor the type of client (GUI or terminal) nor its architecture play any role here.
